Are appointments required? Do you take walk-ins?

WALK-IN'S ARE ALWAYS WELCOME

Appointments are not required to create a custom hat with us. However, due to our growing popularity, we are experiencing an increase in bookings- especially on weekends.

NOTE: There is NO charge to SECURE an appointment.

Wehighly recommend scheduling one for parties of 5+. Given our location's high foot traffic, having an appointment ensures a smoother experience!

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

Making your custom hat usually takes an average 20-35 minutes. If you've got a breakfast, lunch, or dinner reservation, just give a heads up, and we'll make sure you get your hat in time. We're all about making your visit smooth and fun!

hOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Our best-selling styles range from $150-$205 and our accessories range from $2-79 ($300-$350+ average fully customized).

Trucker hats begin at $20 with patches ranging from $2-20 depending on size ($65-$85+ average fully customized).

NOTE: If you wish to stay within a budget, just let one of our stylists know and they will walk you through options for customization. One of our goals is to ensure everyone can leave with a hat of their own!

We carry 3x-100x, felt and wool (due to inventory fluctuation and limited styles, this can be subject to change)

HOW DOES IT WORK?

At our custom hat bar, you'll enjoy a personalized experience from start to finish. One of our skilled stylists will assist you in getting perfect size and answer any questions you may have along the way. After finding your hat from over 100+ colors and styles, you'll then have the opportunity to choose from over 1,000+ accessories to customize your hat. Once you've made your selections, your stylist will create your custom hat on the spot, allowing you to take it home the same day!

FAQ

DO YOU HAVE KIDS HATS?

We do not carry children hats. However, we do have sizes small enough to fit children as young as 5 years old.

Can I bring my own hat to customize?

Unfortunately, we only work on our own selection and do not customize hats outside of our own for liability purposes.

DO YOU HAVE STRAW HATS?

We do not customize straw hats due to the nature of the material, as embellishments don’t adhere well and often don’t hold up over time. Additionally, straw doesn't respond to burning techniques the way beaver or wool hats do, which limits the quality and detail we can achieve. For a truly custom and lasting piece, we recommend working with beaver or wool materials.

DO YOu ship or offer virtual appointments?

As much as we’ve loved offering both shipping and virtual appointments in the past, the growing demand in our store has made it challenging to keep up. We truly pride ourselves on the in-person experience of creating a custom hat—it's something special that just can’t be replicated over the phone. By focusing exclusively on in-store visits, we’re able to offer a more meaningful and personalized experience for each guest.

DO YOU CHARGE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT? WHY IS IT ASKING FOR MY CARD INFORMATION WHEN I BOOK?

We do not charge any fee to book an appointment. This also goes for large parties (not private or corporate events).

If you wish to book with us online, we hold your form of payment on file just for no-show protection if you do not cancel within 48 hours of your appointment.

IMPORTANT:

Please book for the number of people in your party committed to making a hat. Those who are booked and decide not to make a hat will get charged a $50 fee.

We do this to avoid taking a security deposit for booking.
